About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, as a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients during the post-sale stages, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. From onboarding to retention, your role will involve guiding hotels of all sizes across the world through the Atomize journey. In addition to fostering strong client relationships, you will identify upselling opportunities to further enhance client success and drive revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, data scientists, engineers, product) and external partners to deliver a seamless experience that leads to long-term client satisfaction and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
– Client Onboarding: Oversee client implementations, ensuring smooth integrations and successful product adoption.
– Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, coordinating meetings, and ensuring successful go-live.
– Customer Advocate: Be the voice of our customers internally, communicating feedback to drive product improvements.
– Client Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and ensuring contract renewals.
– Customer Support: Provide training, resolve support issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to align on client needs and enhancements.
– Reporting: Maintain documentation for ongoing projects and issues, keeping all stakeholders informed.
What You Bring:
– At least 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or reservations.
– Strong understanding of revenue management principles, PMS, CRS, and other distribution technologies.
– A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills, capable of building lasting relationships.
– Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
– Problem-solving mindset, proactively finding solutions to challenges.
– Fluent in English, and at least one other major European language.
